Step 1: Local Anaesthesia
We make sure you're completely comfortable. A local anaesthetic is applied so you feel nothing throughout the entire procedure.
Step 2: Shade Selection
We match the composite resin precisely to your natural teeth, so the result looks like it was always there.
Step 3: Composite Application
Composite resin is added directly onto each worn tooth, rebuilding lost structure. Nothing is cut. Nothing is drilled. Pure addition.
Step 4: Second Visit
We work tooth by tooth from the centre outwards, rebuilding each one in sequence and correcting the bite as we go.
Step 5: Trim to Fit
We check how the teeth come together and trim each one to the correct size until the bite feels completely natural.
Step 6: Final Polish
Every tooth is finished with a full polish. Leaving a smooth, natural, and complete finish.

Is the Procedure Painful?
No. Local anaesthetic is applied before we begin and we don't proceed until you're completely comfortable. Most patients find it far less confronting than expected — because there is no drilling at any stage.
How is it Different to Crowns of Veneers?
Crowns and veneers require your teeth to be ground down first. If your teeth are already worn, that means losing even more of what's left. The No Cut Restoration adds directly onto your existing teeth — nothing is removed, nothing is cut.
How Long Does the Treatment Take?
The full process involves up to four visits — a consultation, a review, and up to two treatment appointments. The number of treatment visits depends on whether you're restoring the upper jaw, lower jaw, or both.

What is the First Consultation Fee and What Does It Include?
The New Patient Examination is $350 — normally $450. It includes a full assessment, a discussion of your concerns, and a written treatment plan. There is no obligation to proceed.
